At Ceramic Knives SA, we take legal matters seriously. 

By placing an order on Ceramic Knives SA, you agree to these terms.
    - Payments are processed securely via Paystack; we do not store your card              details.
    - Shipping – Standard South African delivery within 3‑5 business days.                   - Returns – Ceramic knives are non‑returnable unless defective; contact us              within 7 days with photos of the issue.
    - Liability – We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of knives. Use           them responsibly.
    - Governing law – These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of            South Africa.

    - We are not responsible for any knives mistakenly dropped on the floor,                these blades are sensitive and needs to be handled with care. If you drop            them or chip the blade, Ceramic Knives SA will not be able to refund you.
