Refund Policy

- Defective items – Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo; we’ll               arrange a replacement or full refund via Paystack.
- Change of mind – Ceramic knives are final sale; no refunds.
- Refunds for defective items are processed within 5‑7 business days after we        receive the returned item.
